The development of this ground floor flat was completed to enable our client to create a large lounge and entertainment space, connected directly to the garden. Our brief also included the full redesign and conversion of an existing outbuilding, to a habitable environment, which we were granted planning permission for by the local authority. This is a great example of how existing rooms can be improved and garden structures can be utilised to increase the functionality of properties.
