This project situated within The Dulwich Estate, consisted of re-designing the existing kitchen, creating a light, open space with direct access to the new patio area and refurbishing the first floor bathroom.


The development involved maximising the opening to the rear facade, achieved by removing the existing French doors, undertaking structural alterations and inserting new bi-fold doors. We also incorporated a high-level glazed panel and door to the side elevation. The combination of these alterations, enhanced the space through the improved connection with the garden and daylight infiltration.
